Emergency cover.

Yes of course as a reactive maintenance company we are geared up to handle large volumes of emergency call outs day or night.

Absolutely! Our out of hours team are highly trained at dealing with emergency call outs. We have engineers on the road 24 hours a day including weekends and bank holidays.

Sometimes when we receive an emergency call out our team may be able to help you avoid an engineers visit by guiding you through some simple checks over the phone. This is a popular service with our Letting Agents and Landlords. An example of a soft fix repair would be guiding a customer on how to isolate a leaking toilet using a localised isolation value.

Absolutely, many of our Letting Agents start using us for our free portal and out of hours customer support system. We don’t charge for this service and if you have provided us with a pre-authorisation agreement we will attend to carry out emergency make safe repairs.

Not a problem as long as we have details of the policy we will advise your tenant that there is an alternative cover in place. We even go as far as to contact the alternative contractor on your behalf and do not charge for this service.

Speed of service is our passion. We have built a state of the art system to help manage every single job that is submitted to us, from a sticky door lock to leaking showers.
