In order to answer such questions, the best and most straightforward thing to do is check the property’s Fire Risk Assessment.

As far as the management of fire safety is concerned, different properties require different approaches. Some require fully monitored and maintained systems, while others are specifically designed to aid in the management of fire.

As a competent maintenance contractor we are compelled to recommend Fire Risk Assessments to all our customers. Of course, we provide a full service for this and are always available to discuss this in more detail with our customers.

We offer a number of services including monthly Responsible Person testing, annual emergency lighting discharge tests and health and safety surveys. We can handle everything from the Fire Safety Log Book to out of hours fire alarm triggers and repairs.
