We use modern RFID technology for all our keys and never attach labels with specific property information to the keys. Our key safes are inspected by our customer service team each month, and customers may retrieve their keys upon request.

In some cases, we are asked to use the contractor key to grant emergency access to a tenant whose key has been lost or damaged, or if the landlord or agent is not available. 

We have a system that allows our engineers to record where and when they collect a customer’s key, so we know exactly what keys we have and where they are at all times.
