For property agents & landlords we offer our standard 30 days payment term. Our invoice is due on completion of the job for home owner accounts and any project based jobs.
Yes like many businesses we charge a 25% deposit on all project work over £1000. When an invoice is issued the deposit paid will be displayed and the balance due made clear.
We are trying to make the whole process of property maintenance as simple as it can be. We have a new system on the horizon that will allow customers to make an online payment straight from the invoice tab within our portal. Customers can currently make payments via BACS, cheque or by card over the phone.
