It’s clear that our portal is the key to our efficiency: whether it’s submitting a job, accepting a quote, or paying an invoice, our portal does it all.

The portal allows our customers to submit their own jobs. They determine the urgency of the work and provide important information such as location and access information.

After a job has been submitted to our system, the clever bits get to work. Our highly automated system helps us produce quotes really fast. Customers are often surprised at how fast they receive their quotes from us.

We know you are wondering how this is possible, but the fact is that many of the jobs that we do are quite similar and our engineers are highly skilled. As a first step, our system attempts to detect what the customer is trying to accomplish, it analyses how urgent the job is, which category it falls into, and where and when our closest engineer is available.

In the case of a standard job our system will create a quote for the repair based on the information provided. Our quote details which parts are included.

There are some jobs, of course, that require our estimating team to review. If the job requires a site visit, we are always happy to meet with our customers. We have designed the system so that customers with multiple properties, such as landlords and property agents, are able to submit jobs quickly and access a full history of their work.

The electronic job sheet contains all the information about the job, including how to access the property. Our customers can view live job notes from our engineers, schedules, photographs and documents associated with the job, risk assessments and warranty details specific to the job.
