It is our commitment to provide you with the best parts & labour warranty possible. If you need to claim, we have made the process very simple.
Here at Maintenance Response we offer 3 types of warranty cover.
Our warranty covers failures in the workmanship of installation and parts supplied in that installation only for 12-months on condition that the installation and parts supplied have been used for the purpose for which they were intended and in line with all applicable cleaning, care and maintenance requirements as set out in the relevant user/instruction manual/s.
Where parts are supplied with extended manufacturers warranty details of the products warranty will be made available to customers.
Many manufacturers require customers to register their products in order to obtain any additional cover.
We do not accept any responsibility for any extended warranties that have not been activated by the customer.
Warranty Period
Our workmanship is guaranteed against fault for 12-months from completion of your installation.
What is Covered
Our warranty is specifically limited to cover the workmanship carried out during the installation services provided to you and associated parts supplied during the same installation.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover;
Certain jobs are excluded from our standard warranty like part repairs on a roof for example. We cannot warranty a partial repair where there is risk that connecting components to our repair may result in failure of our repair.
In this case only the labour element of the job is covered under our warranty.

If you experience a problem, or in the event that a fault appears during the warranty period, you must notify us by contacting our customer service team on 0800 1223 321 or 01934 263500 as soon as reasonably practicable, upon becoming aware of the problem or fault. Delaying notification may affect your rights under this warranty; the warranty will not cover remedial work that is required as a result of delayed notification (for instance where additional problems have arisen due to the delay).
We will support assessment of the claim via remote observation from photographs and videos supplied by the customer however may arrange for an engineer/inspector to examine the problem or fault to ascertain whether it is covered by the warranty.
Where the issue identified by you is as a result of faulty workmanship or failure in a part and therefore covered by the warranty, we agree to carry out those repairs necessary to rectify the problem or fault at no cost to you. Where we deem it to be necessary, we will provide replacement products. Where identical products are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide a product of similar specification.
Where works are carried out under this warranty they will be covered by this warranty for the duration of the remaining term of this warranty; the warranty period will not restart on completion of the remedial works.
In the event you sell your property this warranty may be transferred to the new owner. The new owner must provide evidence of the transfer of ownership of the property together with valid evidence of this warranty (i.e. by providing a copy of the warranty documentation issued at the time of the installation completion).
This warranty only applies where the products (and therefore the workmanship of the installation services) have been used for domestic purposes only.
