We called their out of hours number and an engineer was at our property in no time. They managed to gain access without damaging our lock. These guys know there stuff! We had a slow leak in one of our flats that 2 other plumbers could not find. We met with the Maintenance Response surveyor who recommended an endoscopic camera survey in several locations. We agreed and they identified the leak within 2 hours, we were left with only 4 small holes to repair and the leak was identified and repaired the same day.
